摘  要:细直径(≤φmm)不锈钢管平口环对接接头,是技术难度较大的焊接接头,也是工业应用越来越多的一种细径管平滑连接方法。多数工厂采用氩弧焊进行焊接,但焊缝合格率不高。在本文研究中,提出了双反馈晶体管电源及铈钨电极焊前“激活”工艺。能使钨极电弧在焊接电流3A~5A范围内,引燃可靠并稳定燃烧。本文研究成果已应用于生产。The circumferential square butt joint of small-diameter(≤φ3mm) stainless steel tubes is difficult to be welded in technique and that is, a smooth joint process of small-diameter tubes. which is widely applied in industry. Most factories use common TIGW, but the rate of finished weld is not very high. In this paper,a new transistor power source with double feedback units and a technology of activating tungsten electrode before welding are proposed so that arc can be reliably ignited and its stability can be supported with arc current from 3A to 5A. The investigated results have been applied in industrial production.
