摘　　要：阐述如何克服以往按等减径量设计定径辊孔型的弊病，各道次辊的使用功能没有得到充分发挥。若采用按等减径率的方法设计定径辊孔型，使各道次辊减径量依几何级数递减辊磨耗量基本均匀，且同时到使用期限，达到各道次辊可以依次前移使用的效果，从而充分发挥定径辊的使用功能。It is clarified how to overcome the defects of sizing roll pass designed by equal sinking ratio before, that makes the employable fuction not to be exerted fully. If the sizing roll pass designed by equal sinking ratio and making sinking quantity of each sizing roll decrease according to geometric progression. SO the wear of each sizing roll is equal approximately. The effect that each sizing pass can be move forward in regular order to use is obtained. The employable fuction of sizing roll is exerted fully.
