摘　　要：冷冻盐析法处理硫酸酸洗废液工艺原理和规程是依据硫酸亚铁溶解度、硫酸浓度、溶液温度三个主要参数的变化规律，特别是在０℃以下的变化规律进行研究和实际应用。做到废酸液不外排、分禽后的酸液继续使用。可节省硫酸４０％～５０％，获得较好的环境效益、经济效益和社会效益。This principle and process is researched and used according to the rule of three data of FeSO_4 solubility -H_2SO_4-solution temperature,especially below O℃. So waste acid needn't be left out, the acid solution can be continuously used after separation. Forty～fifty percent of sulphuric acid can be saved, better environment benefit, economy benefit and society benefit can be obtained.
