在现代化钢铁联合企业建设大中直径电阻焊管机组的必要性

摘　　要：对我国的电阻焊管工业的生产情况作了分析，并指出造成这种情况的主客观原因。为借鉴钢管工业发达国家的经验，文章列举了美国、日本、德国、前苏联等国电阻焊管生产厂家的焊管机组的配置情况及其板带生产的相互关系。结合我国的情况，参考国外经验，文章提出了调整我国电阻焊管规格结构和品种结构的意见，并建议在有现代化炼钢及带钢生产的钢铁联合企业里，建设大中直径电阻焊管机组，使我国在焊管的品种上和规格上赶上国际水平，以满足社会主义建设对焊接钢管的需要。The production situation of ERW steel pipe industry in china is analyzed,and the subjective and objective reasons which caused the situation are pointed out.In order to draw lessons from developed country of steel pipe industry,the arrangement conditions about ERW steel pipe mill of steel pipe production factories in USA,Japan,Germany and Soviet Union etc. are listed,and the relation between the arrangement conditions and steel strip production is presented. Considering the domestic condition of welded steel pipe production and referring to the foreign experiences, authors put forward a suggestion to adjust the structures of specification and breed for ERW steel pipe in our country,and propose to construct large & middle diameter ERW steel pipe mill in iron & steel complex which possess the abilities of modernization steelmaking and steel strip production.So that our country can catch up with the international level in aspects of specification and breed of welded steel pipe to meet the demand of socialist construction to welded steel pipe.
