摘　　要：在原有焊管轧机上提高高频焊管精度，用于自行车上。吸收了国内轧机构造优点，提出了改造方案。通过改造定径机、挤压辊架、被动辊架、矫直辊架等，改进工艺装配，达到提高高频焊管机性能，节约资金，生产出高精度薄壁焊管。It is increased that the accuracy of welded steel pipe to be used in bicycal on the original welded steel pipe mill. The reform plan is put forward through absorbing the advantages of domestic and abroad welded steel pipe mill. By reforming the sizer, squeeze roll stands, passive roll stands and straight roll stande etc. and improving the technical assemblage, the property of HFW steel pipe mill is raised, and the fund is saved. The welded steel pipe with great auuracy and thin wall is produced.
