摘  要:采用正交法研究了七种合金元素对600MPa级CO_2焊焊丝熔敷金属强韧性的影响.在此基础上研制成功的HS-60型焊丝的熔敷金属力学性能完全符合AWS ER80S-D2要求,焊丝的塑性、低温韧性及焊接工艺性能同国外先进工业国家同类焊丝的实物水平相当,并具有满意的抗拉强度和屈服强度.7 alloy elements within a wire of 600MPa class aimed at developing a CO2 welding one, effects of these elements on strength and toughness of weld metal are studied by experiments which are carried out on cross design manner. The properties of weld metal welded with HS- 60 wire developed finally according to the way mentioned above are in accord with requirements of AWS ER80S - D2; ductility, low temperature toughness and operation property are similar to the one of advanced country used for same purpose.
