摘 要:本文提出了一种使用跨导运放(OTA)和接地电容来实现一阶滤波器的方法,该方法基于信号而图(SFG)和基本OTA-C积木块,能成功设计一阶低通、高通和全通特性的OTA-C滤波器。同时提出用OTA-C来实现跨接网络,这样能使跨接网络非常适合于高额连续时间模拟IC设计制作,并以双路跨接网络为例说明跨接网络的传函特征、OTA-C结构及电路。A method is proposed for the design of the first-order active filters using operational transcondnctance amplifiers (OTA) and grounded capacitors, this method is based on the Signal-Flow Graph (SFG) and the basic building blocks of OTA-C,By means of it,we can sucessfully design the first-order Low-pass. High-pass and All -pass OTA-C filters,this method is simple and intuitive,the number of OTA in the designed circuit is more less. In the paper,we also describe a method to design of Crossover Networks (CN)using OTA-C,So the CN based on OTA-C is very well suited for the high-frequency continuous time analog IC design, in the paper, We describe the 2 -way CN's transfer function and its OTA-C structure and OTA-C circuit of it.
