摘　　要：用新型的具有自保护性和自熔性铜合金粉末及氧乙炔喷焊工艺,可顺利地将铜合金喷焊于铸铁表面,获得牢固、致密、硬度适当的喷焊层,比现行镶圈法可节约铜4/5.The new developed copper alloy powder possesses self -protectivity and self - mekabilty that will be easily spray - fused onto cast iron surface with oxygen acetylene flame. The tight - binding, compact texture and suitable hardness of the layer can completely meet the requirements of valve production. The new method will save four- fifth consumption of copper as compared with the current way of embedded copper ring.
