摘  要:用模拟试验的方法,对某台大型固体火箭发动机的爆炸故障进行诊断。分别对装药烘烤导因、气流冲击壅塞导因以及限燃包复层脱粘导致故障,进行了试验验证。结果证明:限燃包复层脱粘是造成故障的真正原因。通过对自由装填包复层和贴壁包复层的脱粘燃烧进行的仿真计算表明:计算结果与试验一致。试验结果不支持其他两种假设。从而实现对该发动机故障的模拟诊断。It is very difficult to diagnose the fau lt effect in a big solid rocket motor wh ich involves some complicated mechanisms that are still not clearly understood.T herefore,in order to observe the relatio n between the cause and effect of the fa ult and to avoid mechanism study,the exp eriments are carried out with the small solid rocket motors.Three hypotheses abo ut the cause resulting in the fault have been supposed.These are the baking grai n hypothesis,the gas choking by flow col liding and the restrictor debonding hypo thesis.These hypotheses are checked by t he simulation tests respectively.The tes t results show that the restrictor debon ding is the cause of the fault, while th e other two are not supported by the tes ts.The simulation calculations about res trictor debonding are consistent with th e test results.In this way, the fault di agnosis of the big solid rocket motor ha s been completed.
