摘　　要：系统地介绍了头部热交换的特点，论述了脑部温度的恒定对全身热应激反应中的重要作用，以消除个体调温装备设计和使用中头部致冷不是必要的说法的消极影响。专门介绍了头部选择性致冷的生理机制。有关头部致冷生理学问题的深入研究和系统分析。将为热防护工程提供生理学基础。A systematical introduction is given to the characteristics of heat exchange in the head with a discussion of the extreme importance of brain temperature maintenance on the whole body responses to heat stress in order to clear up certain mistaken viewpoint thta head cooling is not essential in the design and application of personal thermal conditioned equipment.The physiological mechanism of selective head is given, and further research and systematic analysis on physiology of head cooling will provide the firm medical basis for engineering of head thermal protection.
