钢筋下料长度计算方法探讨

摘　　要：根据钢筋弯曲前后轴线长度不变的特点，提出了用钢筋轴线长度代替钢筋设计长度和下料长度。按照新规范导出钢筋混凝土结构中各种图形、各种规格钢筋的长度计算公式。并将矩形、圆形、绑扎和箍筋的增加长度制成表格。该方法解决了设计尺寸和施工下料长度的统一。According to the characterstic that the length of both front and back axial cordsremain unchanged when concrete reinforcing bars are cent,we come up with the method ofusing the length of the axial cord of concrete reinforcing bars to replace the designedlength of concrete reinforcing bars and the Length of leftover. In the light of the new rule,the counting formula of all types of arbworks and all standards of reinforcing bars in thereinforced concrete structures can be deduced. And all the factors of rectangle,circular andthe added length of bandaging and welding the hoop steel may be put in a form. Thismethod solves the problem of the unity of the desipned size and the length of the fabricating leftover.
