摘　　要：ＭＥＳＯＲＡＤ计算机程序由美国核管会委托太平洋西北实验室研制，并得到美国核管会认可，用于核设施事故后早期辐射剂量计算，其计算结果为应急响应提供科学的决策依据。本文主要介绍了该程序的设计目的、功能、特点、物理模型以及应用前景。MESORAD Computer Code developed by Pacific Northwest Laboratory as a contract with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission is intended to calculate the early radiological doses caused by the accidents in nuclear facilities for the protective action decision-making in a radiological emergency situation.The function,characteristics, physical models as well as its application are discussed in this paper.
