摘 要:采用大导程叶轮叶片和内磁结构的涡轮变送器,研制了NRTM-核反应堆用涡轮流量计。该流量计具有阻力小、寿命长,叶轮正常工作和卡死不转时阻力系数基本相等等特点;同时采用频谱分析方法处理涡轮变送器的流量信号,具有杭干扰能力强、测量可靠和精度高等优点。运用NRTM型流量计,在反应堆内连续运行3个冬季供暖期间,测定了5MW低温供热堆堆芯燃料元件盒冷却剂的流量,为核供热堆物理和热工设计提供了第一批运行数据。In order to measure the coolant flow rate in-core of 5MW Heating Reactor the special tur-bine flowmeter of the type of NRTM has been developed.It consists of a body,a turbine withlong screwblade and six pieces of Alnico magnets,and a coil mounted on the body. The advantageof this turbine flowmeter is of low resistance and long working-life. Another advantage is thatwhen the turbine is working or not working its factor of resistance is about the same,It is veryhighly important for a natural circulation heating reactor。Because,the cable,which is welded to the coil assembly,is long enough to extend out of thereactor vessel to the control room,the signal of flow rate is easy to be disturbed by noise in thecase.The traditional method of counting the frequency of the A-C voltage which is induced inthe coil has a poor ability for resisting noise.The method of the frequency-spectrum analysis ofthe frequency of the A-C voltage is used to make sure the accuracy of the measurement of theturbine flow meter.Compared with the method of the count it has a good ability for resistingnoise.By using NRTM-turbine flow meter,we have obtained the flow rate of the fuel assemblyand the distribution of the flow rate in-core of the reactor.The measurement is very successful.After the long-term operation of three years a lot of valuable data were obtained.It is greatlysignificant to develop the technology of the heating reactor.
