摘 要:土壤薄板层析测定苯并(α)芘(BaP)的Rf值小于0.1,在土壤中BaP属于不迁移性有机化合物。土壤中BaP被降解成极性化合物(占总14C-BaP23.5%)、水溶形式(占1.7%)和非极性形式(占38.4%)。土壤14C-Bap结合态占36.4%。土壤表层(0~lcm)14C-BaP为0.1%。水稻苗期对BaP吸收速度快,且数量太,拔节期间吸收转缓,分蘖期后吸收皮达平衡。水稻体内14C-BaP可以被代谢,根中14C-结合态占62%,14C-BaP占38%;茎中14C-结合态为99%,不含14C-BaP形态;糙米中14C-结合态占98%,14C-BaP仅为0.7%;叶中不含14C-结合态,14C-BaP为9%,其余均为14C的其它形态。Benzo(a)pyrene(BaP)is considered to be an immovable organic compound in soil be-cause the detected Rr by soil thin-layer chromatography is less than 0.1.14C-BaP is degradedinto polar(23.5%),water-soluble(1.7%)and nonpolar compounds(38.4%)in soil.-There is 36.4%of bound form ot 14C-BaP in soil(depth>lm)and 0.1%in surface soil(0~lcm)BaP adsorption rate by rice was higher during seedling stage than jointing stage,and this adsorption reached an equllibrlum after tillering stage, 14C-Bap coul,d be metabo-lized in rice plant,aud the metabolized products existed mainly as 14C-bounds.14C-boundforms in rice root,stem and grain were 62%,99% and 98% respectively.
