摘 要:在冬小麦生育期降水量不少于140mm、上层厚度1m以上的无水浇条件地区,利用旱作栽培技术,即增施磷、钾和锌肥,发挥旗叶节以上绿色器官的光合能力,则可获得4950kg/hm2左右的籽粒产量,旱作栽培小麦植株各营养器官14C同化物对籽粒的贡献为83.73%,对照为75.31%;旱作栽培小麦旗叶节以上器官对籽粒的贡献为52.03%,对照为56.61%。旱作栽培小麦旗叶的脯氨酸含量及旗叶节以上各主要器官叶绿素含量均显著高于对照。Physiological characteristics of winter wheat cultivated in drought land was studied.Theresults showed that with perclpltation of<140mm and soil layer of >lm in the growing pe-riod of wheat, it was feasible to use drought cultivation techniques,i.e.,increasing the ap-plication of P,K and Zn,maintaining the present application of N and increasIng the densityof wheat plants,to increase the ability of photosynthesis in the parts from the top internodeabove,and a more than 4900kg/hm2 of grain yield was obtained.14C-assimilate transporta-tion from different parts to grain in drought and irrigating cultivation condltions were 83。73%and 75.31%respectively.The proline content in flag leaf and the cholrophyll contentin the parts from the top internode above with drought cultivation were significantly higherthan those with normal cultivation。
