摘　　要：利用德国VIBROMETER25测振仪能完成高速卷绕机分丝辊的故障诊断,选择振动速度作为评定指标,可准确反映高速卷绕机分丝辊的运转状态,为设备的状态管理提供先进的科学方法.Determination of the troubles on the separsating rolls of high speed winder can be carried out with Ger-man vibration measuring instrument VIBROMETER25. and take the selected vibration speed as the criterion for evaluation,it can accuratly reflect the operating state of the separation roll anb provide a scientific method for the management of equipements.
