摘　　要：LKP701型BCF变形丝联合机是由中国纺科院机械厂制造的第一台国产BCF纺丝机.工艺流程为融熔、混炼、纺丝、拉伸、变形、网络及卷绕一步法,产品为圆柱形筒子BCF.本文介绍了该设备的工艺调试并对其主要构件进行了技术分析.The LKP 601 Type BCF combined machine is the first domestic BCF machine made by Machinery Works of China Textile Institute, which combines melting, blending, spinning drawing, texturing, interlacing and winding in one step. Products are packaged in cylinderical bobbins. The technological adjustment of the equipment is introduced and technical analysis is made on its main structural parts.
