摘　　要：阐述了“热电联产、以汽定电”原则在节能方面的深刻含义。从有效能与无效能的变化关系上对蒸汽品位高低进行了较为全面的剖析。The principle that heat and electric energy coordinated output,determining output of electricity according steam,is explained in the economizing on energy,steam grade is analysed completely in view of change relationship of efficient energy with unefficient energy.
