摘　　要：可乐定为－中枢降压药，经烯丙基化可生成新型心血管药物烯丙尼定。综述了可乐定和烯丙尼定的合成方法。Clonidine is a kind of central antihypertensive drug and under-goes allylation to produce alinidine which is a new type of cardiovascular drug. The article dlscussed the synthetic methods of clonidine and alinidine.
