摘 要:采用双列杂交方法,研究了6个陆地棉(GossypiumhirsutumL.)亲本材料有关产量性状的配合力、亲子关系和F1的杂种优势。结果表明:所有产量性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力方差均达到了极显著水平;相同性状不同亲本之间以及相同亲本不同性状之间的一般配合力不同;同一性状不同组合之间,以及同一组合不同性状之间的特殊配合力各异;F1与双亲一般配合力及总配合力呈极显著的正相关;产量性状均有不同程度的杂种优势,以籽棉产量、皮棉产量的杂种优势最高;555的一般配合力高且本身表现优良,是一个很好的高产亲本,可在棉花杂交育种及杂种优势中加以利用。Combining ability for some yield traits of six parental varieties in upland cotton and the relationship between the combining ability and the performance of parents,and offsprings,and F1 heterosis were studied with the method of diallel cross.The results indicated that the variances of both general combining ability(GCA)and special combining ability(SCA)for each yield trait were significant.There;were differences in GCA between different parents for the same trait,and between different traits for the same parent.GCA also showed differently between different cross combinationw for the same trait,and between different traits in the same cross combination. F1 showed significant positive eorrelation the GCA and total combining ability of parents.The heterosis existed in all yield traits and that of seed cotton and lint cotton showed strongest.'555'itself had high GCA and agronomic merits.It is a superior parent for high yield and can be used in cross breeding and heterosis in upland cotton.
