柿蒂虫（Kakivoria　flavofasciata　Nagono）生物学特性的研究  

Study on the Biological Character of Persimmon Fruit Worm

摘　　要：记述了柿蒂虫的为害和发生规律，包括生物学、生活习性的观察，为今后系统防治柿蒂虫提供了理论依据。研究结果表明：柿蒂虫平均卵期７．１ｄ，幼虫期３３．９２ｄ，蛹期２２．３０ｄ，成虫产卵前期２．７５ｄ．在君迁子果实、树皮缝及柿树皮缝中越冬，君迁子树皮缝中的虫数多于柿树；在树干上的分布为上少下多。在干柿蒂中有极少数越冬虫，仅为取样的０．６％，土壤中未见有越冬幼虫。对趋化性的研究结果表明：ａ．糖醋液对柿蒂虫成虫无引诱力；ｂ．用不同溶剂粗提柿蒂虫性激素，以用乙醚溶剂效果最好，使用不同雌当量粗提物诱蛾时，浓度越高，效果越好，但雌当量与诱蛾量非正比相关。对成虫趋光性的研究表明，柿蒂虫对黑光有很强趋性，黑光灯下诱蛾性比为４１：１．柿蒂虫成虫的夜间活动主要在午夜和黎明前。Hebei province is one of the most important persimmonyielding province in China. But in recent years, for the harm of persimmon fruit worm, most yielding areas have even no harvest. To control persimmon fruit worm thoroughly, we have studied the biological and living habit of it and done systematic research on it. The result showed that the average egg stage is 7.1 days, larval stage is 33.92 days, pupal stage is 22.30 days. The period of adult before egging is 2.75 days. The persimmon fruit wormhibernate in the fruit or bark of dateplum persimmon trees or in the bark of persimmon trees. Hibernated number of the first is more than the second one and the number on the trunk getting fewerdownward. Few hiberated larval has been discovered on the calgx and receptable of persimmons only 0. 6% of all samples. No larval has been discovered in soil. Study on its taxis shows that: a. Sugar-vinegar juice have no lure to the adult. b. Among various kinds of solvent being used to extract hormons, of persimmon fruit worm, ether extract is the best. To lure the worms with different equivalent concentration female hormons liquid, the higher the concentration the better the result, but no direct ratio. Study of light taxis of adult shows that persimmon fruit worm has a great taxis to black light lamp and the lured adult are 41 female: 1 male. Night activities of adult are mainly in midnight and before dawn.
