显微分光光度计在测定真菌核DNA含量上的应用

摘　　要：着重介绍了应用显微分光光度计测定真菌Ｆｕｓａｒｉｕｍｏｒｙｓｐｏｒｕｍ（尖孢镰刀菌）细胞核ＤＮＡ含量的方法。文中对２种细胞核染色法（Ｆｅｕｌｇｅｎ染色法，ＤＡＰＩ荧光染色法）的最佳染色条件进行了探索，并对显微分光光度计的吸收测定和荧光测定结果进行了比较，结果表明，荧光法比吸收法操作简便，结果准确。The methods of measuring Fusarium oxysporum nuclear DNA contents were especially introduced in the paper The two methods of measuring nuclear DNA contents by microdpectrophotometry were compared absorption method with Feulgen-stained nuclear DNA and fluorescent method with DAPI-stained nuclear DNA The results showed that the latter was simpler and more accurate than the former
