实验性精索静脉曲张对曲细精管管周组织及间质小血管的影响

摘　　要：本实验采用左肾静脉部分结扎法人工诱导Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠精索静脉曲张，在术后１５周内分批处死取材，对曲张侧睾大曲细精管管周组织及间质小血管进行超微病理观察。结果发现实验性精索静脉曲张可以导致：①由细精管管周各层出现变化，且随术后时间延长而加重。由此推论，若要改善精索静脉曲张患者的生育力，早期治疗是非常重要的；②间质小静脉及毛细血管的内皮细胞、周细胞亦有相应变化．Surgically induced varicocele was created in adult male Wistar rats bypartially occluding the left renal vein. Animals were sacrified in a sequential basis on week 4,8 and 15. The testicular specimens of ipsilateral varicocele were studied by electronmicroscopy. The results showed: ① The varicocele led to an alteration of the peritubularsheath. The impairment was more serious as time passed after operation. Judging from this,if patients with varicocele want to recover fertility, it is important to have early treatment forvaricocele; ②The experimental varcocele might result in the alteration of endotheliocyte andpericyte of the small vein and capillary.
