双腔右心室伴室间隔缺损的外科治疗（附10例报告）

摘　　要：我院５年来手术治疗双腔右心室伴室间隔缺损１０例，均痊愈出院。术前仅１例明确诊断。本文讨论误诊或漏诊原因和本病的病理特征并强调术中右室流出道疏通应彻底。Double-chambered right ventricle (DCRV) is often associated with ventricular septal defect (VSD). 10 patients (DCRV WITH VSD) were operated, and the operation was successful, all patients had satisfactory results in discharge. Only one patient had accurated diagnosis before operation. This paper discussed the reason of misdiagnosis, the character of pathological change, and especially, surgical relieve of narrow right ventricle outlet tract.
