摘  要:对尖镰孢(FusariumoxpsporumSchl.)酯酶同功酶的测定结果表明:不同培养条件对尖镰孢酯酶同功酶有明显影响,其酶带数,酶带颜色深浅、宽窄和Rf值都有明显差异,以培养液成分和培养液偏碱时影响较大,培养温度和培养天数影响较小。在同一培养条件下重复测定同一专化型,酶谱表现稳定,没有差异。测定黄瓜、西瓜、瓠瓜、冬瓜、棉花和芝麻上的尖镰胞的酯酶同功酶谱明显不同。这个方法可用于鉴定尖镰胞的专化型。The esterase isozymes of F. oxysporum Schl.were determined by polyacrylamidegel electrophoresis. the results of the experiments show that the different cultural condi-tions influenced the activities of esterase isozymes of F.oxysporum.Schl.That is color,number,width and Rf value of esterase isozymes bands of the same strain of F. oxysporumSchl.are changed under different cultural conditions.Among which,the different culturalmedium and little alkaline culture have a strong influence,but different temperatures anddifferent cultural days have a slight influence for esterase isozymes.In the same culturalconditions,the spectra of esterase isozymes of the same strain of F. oxsporum Schl.werestable for the three repetitions. The esterase isozymes of the different forma specialis of F.oxsporum Schl. were studied,the results show that the different forma specialis had differ-ent esterase isozymes spectra. For this reason,it is suggested that the method become asubsidiary one for identifing the different forma specialis of F. oxysporum Schl.
