陕西省烟草蚀纹病及其发生特点的研究

摘　　要：烟草蚀纹病是陕西省烤烟区发生的一种新病害，经生物学鉴定、病毒粒子电镜观察及血清反应测定，证明该病是由烟草蚀纹病毒（ＴＥＶ）侵染所致。同时对ＴＥＶ在陕西省烟区的分布危害情况，该病的发生与介体烟蚜、烤烟移栽期以及烤烟品种间的关系进行了探讨。This paper deals with the studies on a new disease for tobacco which occurred inShanxi tobacco growing region. The new disease has been proved to be caused by tobaccoetch virus(TEV)through identification of biological activities,electron microscopeobservation of virus particles,determination of purified extraction and serologicalreaction. This paper also presents studies on the distribution and damage of the disease inShanxi tobacco growing regions,and the relationships between TEV occurrence and alate(Myzus Persicae),tobacco transplanting time,and the tobacco varieties.
