摘 要:测定了根接和皮接诱导处理后泡桐苗木及5a生幼树过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和苯丙氨醚解氨酶(PAL)总活性。结果表明,根接和皮接诱导处理的泡桐苗木和5a生幼树3种酶总活性都显著高于对照。泡桐幼树丛枝病发病率诱导处理后3种酶活性的变化与泡桐幼树的抗病能力有相关性,根接诱导后的3种酶总活性最高,幼树发病率和感病指数都为零;皮接诱导后3种酶活性次之,幼树发病率为4.7%,感病指数为1.47;对照的3种酶活性最低,幼树发病率达59.2%,感病指数为33.54。Paulownia seedlings were induced by inserting scion on stems ( stem insertscion)and splice graft on roots (root graft)with the diseased stem and root. The activityof Peroxidase (POD),Polypheneolo xidase (PPO) and Phynelalanine ammonia lyase(PAL)were determined respectively. The results showed that the enzyme activity of theinoculated seedlings and the fifth generation of it was increased more significantly thanthat of the ck's. The results of the inverstigation on the incidence of disease of young treesalso domonstrated that there was a relationship between the changes of the three kinds ofenzyme activity and the induced resistance of inoculated seedlings : the ezymes acfivity ofroot graft seedlings was the highest of all(the incidence of disease and the index of diseaseare both zero ) , that of the stem inserts scion seedlings follovved the second (the rate is4.7%and the index of disease is 1. 47),that of the ck's was the lowest (the rate is 59.2%and the index of disease is 33.5)。
