激素性股骨头缺血性坏死血液流变学实验研究

摘　　要：肌注大剂量甲基氢化泼尼松６～１２周，造成鸡股骨头缺血性坏死，观察血液流变学变化。结果显示：全血粘度、血浆粘度及红细胞聚集指数均明显增高。结果证实了激素性股骨头缺血性坏死病理过程中存在着血液流变学异常，血液呈高粘滞状态。High-dose methylprednisolone im injectedto chickens for a period of six to twelve weeks produce avascular necrosis of the femoral head. The hemorheological changes were observed. The results showed that the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, and aggregation of erythrocytes increased significantly. It indicates that blood hyperviscosity does exist in steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head.
