普胸大手术后并发脑损害20例分析

摘　　要：本文报告了２０例普胸大手术后并发脑损害，其中１９例在术后１周内发生。各种神经病症、精神意识障碍均有发现，尤以不同程度的意识障碍为突出。分析了相关致病因素，并提出了防治措施。This article reports 20 cases of cerebral lisions following general major operations,of which 16 were males and 4 females,and whose age varied from 46 to 67 years. Of them, 19cases had various lesions in the neurological system and mental aberations which occurredwithin 1 week postoperatively,prominently presented with various degrees of the disturbanceof consciousness. The interrelated etiological factors were analysed for these complications,according to which some suggestions were made to prevent such cerebral lesions associatedwith general major thoracic operations.
