鸡法氏囊病野毒的分离、细胞毒的培养及鉴定

摘　　要：从发生法氏囊病(IBD)的免疫肉鸡群的法氏囊病料中分离到1株病毒。该病毒致使非免疫鸡胚病变、死亡和鸡胚成纤维细胞病变。将其5代内细胞培养毒回归非免疫鸡胚和适龄鸡,复制出类似于野毒引起的鸡胚病变和典型IBD病例,鸡的死亡率为1/3～2/3。其5代细胞毒的灵活制剂,使非免疫鸡在接种后21天或32天100％出现IBD琼扩阳性。A strain of field virus was isolated from the IBD broilers that had been vacci-nated twice with the IBD vaccine. The field virus caused lesions and death of the chick-en embryos and cytopathic effect of the chicken embryo fibroblasts. The cytoadaptive virus within 5 passages caused the same lesions of the chicken embryos and typical IBD cases with mortalities from 33. 3% to 66. 7%. The inactivated cytoadaptive vitus caused 100% positive serum antibodies of IBD AGP in the experimental chickens 21 or 32 days postinoculation.
