摘　　要：本文叙述了高阻计的检定方法。高阻计的检定由三部分组成:电压及其倍率的测量、电阻及其倍率的测量和电流的测量。电阻检测范围为10~6～10^(13)Ω,电流检测范围为10^(-5)～10^(-13)A。检定的不确定度为0.1％～3％。The method of verification for high resistance meter is discribed in this paper. The verification is composed of three parts: voltage and its ratio measurement, resistance and its ratio 10~6~10^(13)Ω, the current range is 10^(-5)~10(-12)A, and the uncertainty of verification is 0.1%~3%.
