摘　　要：通过对氟哌酸结构改进，获得了１３种氟哌酸衍生物，经药现实验对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、变形杆菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用，为开发新药做了初步探讨．Through modifying the structure of norfloxacin,thirteen types of norfloxacin deriva-tive were gained.Pharmacological experiment proved that they had strong antibacterial action onEschcrichia coli, Bacillus subtilis and proteins.this paper make a preliminary approach on developingnew medicine.
