摘　　要：本文通过分析和研究三点法误差分离技术,建立了测量和评定工件直线度、平面度的数学模型。Through analyzing and researching '3-point' method error sepa- ration techniques, this paper has built up some mathematical models that are used to detect and evaluate straightness and flatness of workpieces.
