摘  要:用尼氏染色法,观察了第4~10个月人胎海马的发育。结果表明:随着胎龄增长,锥体层细胞的密度减低,细胞体积增大,但变化不呈等速。至胎龄第9个月出现锥体形细胞,胎龄第10个月,细胞发育趋向成熟。另可见海马各区的发育速度不一致。结果提示用5个月以前的海马细胞作供体用于移植研究,可望获得较理想结果。The development of the hippocampus in human fetus of 4~10 months was studied with Nissl stained method.The results were as follows:as the hippocampus progressed,the density of the cells of the pyramidal layer gradually decreased,but the size of cells increased. The speed of these changes was not the same.The cells of pyramidal shape were first seen in the 9th month and became adult in the 10th. It is suggested that the grafts from 3~5months old hippocampus should be chosen in the transplantation of hippocampus.
