摘  要:用彩色经颅多谱勒超声诊断仪(TCD)和血气分析仪检测50只成年家兔颅内主要血管 的血流频谱和大脑中动脉的COZ反应性。发现家兔脑血流频谱与人类相似,是高流量低阻力的特 点,且颅底动脉循环与人类相似;paco2对脑血流速度有明显影响。提示:在测定兔脑血流速度时应注 意动脉血中二氧化碳分压的影响。The velocity of blood flow and the CO2 reactivity in the cerebral blood vessels of domes- tic rabbits were studied with transcranial Doppler and blood-gas analysis instrument in this study. The results indicated that the frequency-spectrum of cerebral blood flow in rabbits was similar to that in human beings, being characterized by high flux and low resistance, and that the basilar artery circulation in rabbits resembled that in human beings. Monitoring cere- bral blood flow in rabbit model can be used for reference in the application of transcranial Doppler to patients. The pressure of carbon dioxide in arterious blood has an obvious effect on the velocity of cerbral blood flow. Attention must be paid to the monitoring of the velocity of cerebral blood flow.
