经直肠超声探查对前列腺增生时腺体异常及后尿道的动态观察

摘　　要：我们对５０例前列腺增生的病人经直肠超声检查，同时动态观察排尿时，尿道扩张情况。在前列腺增生时，内腺明显增大，致使内、外腺比例失调，并有增生结节形成。由于增生结节的挤压，尿道迂曲变长，扩张受限，扩张＞０．４ｃｍ者，无残余尿存在，≤０．４ｃｍ者，约半数以上可见残余尿。cases hyperplasia of the prostate were detected and the posterior urethrawere real-time observed bv transrectal ultrasound.While hyperplasia of the prostate the in-ner gland was larger and the ratio of the inner and the outer gland was obnormal.The benignnodules were formed. The posterior urethra was tortuous ,dilatation wasn‘t freely. When thewidth of the posterior urethra was>0.4cm,there was no residual urine and when the width≤0. 4 cm,there was residual urine in the bladder in over half patients.
