带蒂肾上腺背部皮下移位术治疗柯兴氏病

摘　　要：自１９９０年１０月～１９９４年７月采用带蒂肾上腺移位于背部皮下治疗柯兴氏病２３例，２３例均于术后１０～１４天完全停用激素，临床症状好转。该术式操作简单，成功率高，是一种较为理想的手术方式。本文详细介绍了手术方法，并对有关的解剖学等问题进行了讨论。rom October 1990 to July 1994,23 cases of Cushing′s disease were treatwith transposition of pedicled adrenal gland into dorsal subcutaneous tissue. Of these,11cases have been followed up for 3 years and weaned from steroid 10 to 14 days after opera-tion. The clinical features have been improved with no evidence of hypoadrenocorticism. Theprocedure can be performed easily and the results are satisfactory.In case of the diseaserelapbes,the second operation could be performed under local anaesthesia. Therefore,thisprocedure may be a rational technique for the treatment of Cushing′s disease.
