摘  要:本研究运用环境流行病学的原理和方法,以污染严重的淮河支流—黑河沿岸居民作为研究对象,从环境—健康效应谱的角度,对黑河上蔡段沿岸居民的健康进行了多层次的调查研究。结果表明,污染区居民的总死亡率(846.5/10万),男、女性恶性肿瘤死亡率(分别为234.0/10万和154.5/10万)明显高于对照区(各为598.3/10万、103.4/10万和72.0/10万),进一步对两区居民外周血淋巴细胞微核进行测定,结果与两区恶性肿瘤死亡率的结果相吻合;污染区居民肝肿大率(61.7%)是对照区(27.9%)的2.2倍,不良妊娠结局的发生率也明显高于对照区。该研究结果提示,黑河污染是影响沿岸居民健康的直接或间接原因。An environmental epidemiological study was conducted in the residents alongthe Hei river rank of Henan province in 1993.The results showed that the total mortality ofthe peoples in polluted region was 846.5 per 100,000 population,and in controled region was598.3.The mortality of malignant tumor in male and female were 234.0 and 154.5(per100,000 population)in polluted region,and in controled region were 103.4 and 72.0. Themortality of malignant tumor in polluted region was higher than that in controled region,there was a significant difference.The results of micronucleus test in lymphcytes ofperipherial blood of the residents from polluted and controled areas were consistent withresults of mortality of malignant tumor. The incidence rates of hepatomegalia and adversepregnancy ending in polluted region were significantly higher than that in the controled area.We consider that the adverse health effects of the residents in polluted region result probablyfrom Hei river pollution.
