红宝两系制种与杂交利用

摘  要:本试验以红宝父母代鸡为材料,连续进行4个世代的自繁与杂交,结果表明,父母代母系母鸡300日龄产蛋量没有发生明显变化(60枚左右);商品代鸡8周龄体重比引种时增加7.2%~11.3%;红宝与苏北土种鸡杂交改良,杂种70日龄体重比苏北土种鸡增加103.74%;此外,对红宝苏北土种鸡以及杂种AKP、SGPT、CPK与生产能力关系分析,发现红宝与土种鸡杂交的杂种鸡AKP活性比土种鸡减少91.26个单位,与此相反,体重增加665g,这一迹象表明:AKP可作为杂交亲本选择的遗传标记;对肌肉超微结构、肉质进行分析,肌肉超微结构与肉质关系明显,肌节长度、线粒体数目存在着显著的杂种优势。Purebreeding and crossbreeding were proccssde in a base Redbro(P.S) population for 3 generations. The results showde that the eggproduction at 300 days was almost same as that of unpurcbreedingpopulation (P.S)(61.73 eggs/year).Body weight of 8 weeks forpurebrceding was increased 7.2% ~ 11.3% more than that of unpurebreeding.Boby weight of Rcdbro( ♂ )× Native brecd(♀)at 70 days raised 103.74% more than that of Native breed. In addition, relationship betwcenbiochemical character (AP, SGPT, CPK) and potentila production indicatedAKP level of Rcdbro(♂)×Native(♀)reduced 91.26 king units incomparison with Native breed.On the contray,body weight of Rcdbro ( ♂ )× Native was increased 665 grams. The result showed AKP can be regarded as a genetic marker in selection.Meantime,sarcomere length and number of cytochondriomes indicated hybrid vigour obviously.
