摘　　要：通过对胞间连丝的起源、形成、分布、结构及其调控物质运输机理的讨论，说明胞间连丝是物质运输和信息传递的重要通道．对一系列不同观点进行了分析和综合，旨在从超微结构上认识胞间连丝的调控机制。The primary.formation.distribution.structure and mechanism of regulating material transportation of plasmodesmata are commented in the paper, show that plasmodesmata play an important role in material transportation and signal transduction.A series of different opinions are analysed and synthesized,in order to realize the mechanism of regulating of plasmodesmata on ultrastructure.
