摘　　要：概述了用于离子化学热处理的离子电源的特点，分析了脉冲离子电源的优点，提出了逆变电路代替斩波电路用于脉冲离子电源的设计思想．The characteristics of the ion power supply used in the iron chemical heat treatment are summarized, the advantages of the pulse ion power supply is analysed and the design thought of the cut-wave circuit replaced by the inverted circuit and used in the pulse iron power supply is presented.
