摘 要:室内离体测定了农抗新I、涕灭威和克线磷对珠兰叶斑线虫的作用。结果表明,前者与后二者的作用方式不同:农抗新I能迅速、直接地杀死线虫,而后二者都是使线虫行为异常和麻痹,短期内不致死线虫;病原线虫对克线磷远较涕灭威敏感;利用农抗新I和巴丹喷酒防治无效;利用克线磷和涕灭威分两次重施药都获得了脱线虫苗。Researches were carried out from 1985 to 1987 in Nangjing. It was found that the action of an antibiotic “New I” which was produced by Streptomyces alboflavus Var.Zinyangensis on the nematode is differentfrom the nematicides Temik and Nemacur. “New I” directly kills the nematode quickly while the latter two lead to abnomal action and paralysis and the nematodes were not killed in at least ten days. The nematode is more sensitive to Nemacur than Temik.“New I” and a pesticide Pardon have no effects against the Leaf- spot disease when sprayed to the plants. However, nematode free seedlings were acquired through soil treatment with Nemacur sooner and Temik later respectively.
