摘 要:本文分析了太谷显性核不育小麦在育种实践中应用的一些不利因素或限制条件。它们是:(1)在常规育种和远缘杂交中,扩大了母本的种植规模;(2)在轮回选择中,需人工拔除母本群体中的可育株;(3)需要在开花时对不育株进行人工标记,方可便于收获;(4)在没有找到恢复系的情况下,不能用来生产杂交种。这些不利因素可以通过标记性状部分或全部地予以克服。本文论述了太谷显性核不育小麦标记性状研究的若干进展,这些进展主要包括矮秆标记和蓝粒标记两个方面。蓝粒标记的成功,在理论上说,彻底消除了太谷核不育小麦在育种实践中应用的不利因素,特别是使之在杂种优势利用中发挥作用成为可能。The limitations of Taigu dominant genic male sterile (DGMS) wheat to applications in wheat breeding were reviewed.They included that:(1) Population size of female parent was enlarged by the exist of fertile plants when DGMS wheat was used in covenentional breeding and wild hybridization.(2) The fertile plants in female parent population should be removed by hand when used in recurrent selection. (3) In any breeding program,the sterile plants should be artificially marked when flowering as so to harvest easily when ripen.(4) DGMS wheat was impossible to be used in hybrid seed production if a restore line was not founded . The metioned limitations can be deleted partially or totally by markers of DGMS wheat. Progresses of reaseach on markers of DGMS wheat were reviewed.The valuble materials were dwarf sterile and blue grained sterile plants. Blue grain marked sterility could delete all the limitations thoretically, especially it made it possible that DGMS wheat will be employed in hybrid seed production。
