甘薯黑斑病菌产孢生物学研究

摘　　要：通过不同的培养液、ｐＨ值、培养温度等试验，发现甘薯黑斑病菌产生分生孢子适宜的培养液是甘薯汁培养液，其含糖量为１．５％，ｐＨ值为６．３，温度为２５±１℃，且２００单位硫酸庆大霉素抑制细菌、防止污染效果较好。Sweet potato used as material testing ,the biological study of spores formation waspreliminarily studied,in Ceratocgstis fimbriata. The results by the examination of different liquidmedium,pH, Culture temperature etc. revealed that the adapted liquid medium was sweet potatoextract medium(containing 1.5% of sugar, pH6.3),temperature 25℃,and 200μ of sulfate Qingdaantibiotic had a good effect in contamination preventing during culture.
