摘  要:对小鼠的研究结果表明,7%酒精对17h和19h卵龄卵的激活率差异不显著(P>0.05),但19h卵激活后的卵裂率显著高于17h卵(P<0.01),酒精处理前去掉卵丘能使激活率提高到90%~100%,酒精处理时间(5min和10min)之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。脉冲持续时间为40μs,在连续3个电脉冲条件下,200v/mm场强的卵裂率最高,达72.2%。2-细胞胚融合率在200v/mm前随电压升高而升高,200v/mm时达100%。因此,在本试验条件下,小鼠卵母细胞激活及2-细胞胚电融合的最佳条件为200v/mm。Oocyte activation by alcohol or electric pulse and electrofusion of 2-cell em-bryos were studied in mouse. The results showed that①there was not difference in activa-tion effeciency between 17h and 19h of oocyte age by 7%alcohol,but the cleavage percentageof oocytes at 19h was clearly higher than oocytes at 17h after activation,activation percentagecan be raised to 90%~100%by removing cumulus cells before treatment with alcohol,thedifference was not clear between time of treatment with alcohol(5 min amd 10 min);②thehighest cleavage percentage(72.2%)was gotten at field strength 200v/mm,pulse duration4μs,3 continuous pulses;③the electrofusion percentage of 2.cell embryos was raised withfield strength before 200v/mm,100%fusion percentage was gained at 200v/mm. So that,theoptimal pulse voltage is 200v/mm for oocyte electroactivation and 2-cell embryo electrofusionof mouse under our experiment conditions.
