深圳地区4～16岁少儿心理行为问题调查

摘　　要：为了解经济特区少儿心理行为状况和特点，１９９３年６～１２月，采用中国标准化的Ａｃｈｅｎｂａｃｈ＇ｓ儿童行为量表，对深圳地区２０４０名４～１６岁少儿行为进行了调查，并同武汉地区９７５名同龄少儿资料比较。调查结果显示：１、深圳地区少儿行为问题出现率１３．２９％，与全国２２省市调查结果相近。武汉地区１１．４９％，两组资料间无统计学差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。２、深圳女孩行为问题多于男孩，出现率分别为１３．６６％和１２．９８％，同全国调查结果不同，与武汉地区资料基本相似。３、深圳学龄前儿童行为问题出现率１９．６３％，居各年龄组之首。武汉地区则以学龄儿童行为问题最多，为１４．２％形成鲜明对比。４、两地少儿行为因子间虽无显著性差异，但违纪、多动、攻击、性问题和肥胖等行为因子在深圳少儿中较突出，忧郁、分裂强迫等因子则在武汉少儿中较常见。初步揭示，两地少儿在心理行为方面既有共性，也有差异。为特区少儿心理教育提供了依据。By using the Achengach Child Behavior Checklist standardized in China, 2040 children aged 4 to 16 in Shenzhen area were surveyed from June to December 1993 in order to understand behavioral problems and characteristics of children in special economic zones,when compared with a same-age sample of 975 children in Wuhan.The findings showed as follows:1.The prevalence of behavioral problems of children in Shenzhen was 13.29%while that in Wuhan was 11.49%.No signifcant difference between two sample was observed(P>0.05).2.The girls in Shenzhen revealed more behavioral problems than the boys,which was basically the same as that in Wuhan.The ratios were 13.66%and 12.98%respectively.3.The ratio of behavioral problems in pre-school children in Shenzhen was 19.63%,the highest of the other groups at different ages, but the behavioral problems of school children in Wuhan were found most frequently.4.Disobedience,hyperactivity,aggression and obesity were more frequent among children in Shenzhen while depression and schizoid or anxiety were more frequent among those in Wuhan,Although there was no statistical difference between the behavioral items of children in Shenzhen and those of children in Wuhan.The results showed that there were some similarities and differences between children in Shenzhen and those in Wuhan with regard to behaviorial problems.The reseach will benefit behavior and emotional education of children in Shenzhen special economic zone.
