摘  要:本试验研究了铵态氮、硝态氮、酰胺态氮及其不同比例对温室沙培黄瓜生长发育的影响。结果表明,增大营养液氮素中铵态氮的比例,可以促进秋冬季黄瓜植株的营养生长和生殖生长,提高春夏季的早期产量。但对总产量无显著影响。施酰胺态氮素的黄瓜植株在秋冬季生育不良,但在春夏季生育正常。本试验还分析了不同形态氮素对黄瓜叶片中可溶性糖含量、叶绿素含量、光合强度及多种矿质元素含量的影响。There are five different treatments with NH4-N: NO3-N at 0:100,10: 100, 10:90,30:70, 50 : 50 and 100 : 0, and urea were carried on in cucumber ( Cucumis sativus L. cv. Jin Za Yi Hao ) grown in sand. The total N level in nutrient solution was 16mM. The results showed that NH4-N significantly increased leaf area, shoot length and number of female flower, promoting anthesis of cucumber plants in the fall--winter experiments, and increased leaf area in early stage and early yield in the spring-summer experiments. But the total yield was not affected significantly by the treatments. With increasing ratio of NH4-N in nutrient solution, concentrations of N, P and soluble sugar of leaf were increased, but K, Ca, Mg and Mo were decreased. The plants received urea grew poorly in the fall--winter experiments, but grew very well in the spring-summer experim-ents. The results recommended that NH4-N could be used as nitrogen source up to 50%of total N in nutrient solution, and that urea could be used singlely or partially in spring-summer season in sand culture of cucumber.
