摘  要:分别采用长豇豆(Vigna Sesquipedalis Wight)9个常栽品种为材料,研究与豇豆根瘤(Rhizobium Vigna)共生固氮关系。长豇豆在第一对真叶展开而第一片复叶尚未展开之前(即称二叶一心期)开始显瘤。显瘤后10天左右具有固氮能力。从显瘤至老化脱落约23天。因此在豇豆整个生育期中,根瘤的消长是一个不断形成、更新交替的过程。根瘤主要分布在离地表3-20cm的耕作层内。结瘤数与瘤重的变化取决于侧根根瘤的变化,并且与植株生物重量的变化相一致。结瘤数目和根瘤重量在始花后一周达到最大值。从抽蔓始至开花结荚初期上,植株干重与根瘤干重两者相关密切,达到极显著和显著水准。Nine common varieties of asparagus bean(Vigna sesquipedalis Wight) were used respectively to study the relations between Rhizobium Vigna and nitrogen fixation.Nodulation started during the unfoldment of the first pair of cotyledons and prior to that of the first compound leaf. Nitrogen fixation came into effect about 10 days after the emergence of nodules on the young plant. It took about 23 days from the emer-gence of nodule to its drop in ageing. Accordingly,the regeneration of nodule is a process of alternation of generations in the entire growth stage of the plant. Nodules are mainly distributed in the top soil 3-20 cm from the surface. The number of nodulation and the variation of weight depend on the variation of lateral roofs nodules; the former is similar to the variation of the plant's biological weight. One week after blossom, the number and weight of nodules reach their maximal value.From the tendril-growing stage to the beginning of blossom and pod formation, the close relations between the dry weight of the plant and that of the nodule reach respectively a very significant and significant standards.
