灭多威高效液相色谱分析方法研究

摘　　要：采用Ｅ１２５０—２０Ｃ＿（１８）色谱柱、紫外检测器、甲醇十水为流动相，内标法定量测定原药和乳油中灭多威的含量。方法具有良好的线性范围，方法的标准偏差原药为０．２１，乳油为０．２２，变异系数原药为０．２２％，乳油为０．８８％，添加回收率原药在９９．４７～１００．３６％之间，乳油在９９．５８～１００．０８％之间。The determination of methoyl in raw insecticide and its emulsified oil was performed with HPLC,where E1250-20 C_(18) column,ultraviolet detector were used.Mobile phase with internal standard was methanol/water.The results indicated that the method has a good linear response. The standard deviations were 0.21 and 0.22%,variation coefficients 0.22 and 0.88%and recoveries 99.47～ 100.36%and 99.58%～100.08%,for raw insecticide and for emulsified oil,respectively.
