论洞庭湖区滩地围垦的利弊得失与开发利用

摘　　要：１９４９年后洞庭湖滩地进行了大量围垦，其围垦强度达０．４４．本文根据多年实测与实地考察资料从湖区的社会、经济、生态三大效益方面，权衡了湖滩地围垦利用的利弊得失，从而提出了治理、调蓄、种植、养殖并举的综合开发措施。This paper is completed on the basis of what are collected by the test and investigation in the Dongtinghu area.The index of the strength of land reclamation has become more than 0. 44 after several times of the reclamation since 1949. We put for ward the comprehensive exploited measure which includes harnessing, adjustment or store,plantation and breeding by weighing the advantages and disadvantages of the utilazation of land reclamation from the aspects of social, economic and ecologic benefit.
